Mr. Jonathan Charles Capp,  Esq.

Prior to emigrating from England to the United States where he established his own law practice, Mr. Capp practiced as a barrister at law in the courts of his native  England.

Before qualifying as a barrister at law at the Lincoln's Inn of court in London, Mr. Capp also earned a masters in French and International law from the Sorbonne (University of Paris 1).

Mr. Capp has been counseling clients on US immigration law for over ten years and has lectured on US immigration law throughout the U.K..

He offers skilled and efficient representation before all branches of the U.S.C.I.S (the former I.N.S.) or the US immigration service as well as before all immigration courts, consulates and embassies.

Mr. Capp can also represents clients before US federal courts in immigration and other matters and has rights of audience in the courts of  California and New York.

Educated in both England and France, he speaks French fluently and has an excellent knowledge of German and Spanish.
